Heading up Huda Beauty, US makeup artist, beauty blogger and entrepreneur Huda founded her cosmetics line in 2013. She started out with false lashes, getting stocked in beauty retailer Sephora and worn by celebrities like Kim Kardashian. With over 49 million Instagram followers, she’s at the top of her game as a beauty influencer and brand owner.

Huda’s been named as one of the 25 Most Influential People on the Internet by Time Magazine, listed on Fortune's 40 under 40 and number one on cosmetify’s Beauty Influencer Rich List.

Marcia Kilgore is the founder of BeautyPie, a disruptive and innovative beauty subscription service that provides luxury beauty products at affordable prices. That’s not all either, she’s also the brains behind Bliss Spa, Soap & Glory, Fit Flop and Soaper Duper.

With over 20 years of industry experience as a makeup artist and a whole host of celebrity clients under her belt, Charlotte founded her makeup and beauty brand: Charlotte Tilbury. She’s still the President, Chairman and CCO of the cosmetics brand today.

Charlotte was awarded an MBE in 2018 for her services to the beauty and cosmetics industry as well as a slew of industry awards, both for herself and her brand.

Rihanna’s beauty and cosmetic brands champion inclusivity – everything is gender-neutral - and products for every skin type and tone. This was a game-changer in the industry and led to other brands finally embracing diversity.

Fenty Beauty was named one of Time magazine’s best inventions, with sales of over $72 million in its first month and it won the WWD Beauty Inc award for launch in the prestige sector.
